@ourwaymovies
Sylvie Zaidman is a screenwriter, director and producer based in Antwerp, Belgium. Although she loved to perform since a young age, she initially trained as a lawyer, gaining a Master in European Law. Not wanting someone else to bring her own stories to life, she moved to London to study filmmaking. tRuth is her first professionel project. Having finally found her dream career, she is currently working on another short movie as well as a feature. She hopes to set up her own production company in the future.

NIC SHAKE
@scorpio_paris
Nic Shake is an actor and filmmaker based in Paris, France, where he spent his early years. His parents met there, he was born there and returned as an adult. At the age of six, he moved with his family to Los Angeles and his passion for acting was born there. He began his training in Hollywood as an actor at the Lee Strasberg Theatre & Film Institute. He has been a professional actor for over 20 years. During this time he has appeared on television, in movies and commercials, and has also been on stage several times. He is currently developing his craft under the mentorship of coach Celia Anne Browne. The experience of working with directors, initially as an actor, has inspired him to extend his craft to film making. For him, it is a natural duality that allows him to play different roles and take on different challenges. Film has become the ultimate tool for him to share the personal stories of his generation. Having grown up in and around Hollywood, and with two parents in the entertainment business, he firmly believes that we are entering an era of increasing opportunity for actors of all colours and genders. The gradual changes we are now witnessing will pave the way for a more diverse and equal film industry, which he supports 100%. His mother is Serbian. His father is Malaysian/Egyptian. He looks like no one else (except his twin brother) and has a very unique story, and he wouldn’t have it any other way. His life is as worldly as it can be and the actors who share this experience are of immense value. He wants to be a representative of the richness we can bring to the screen. Nic wants to inspire a generation of viewers who see themselves in people like him.
